Onsite Repairs & Upgrades

Many computer / laptop problems do not require a mobile callout and can be fixed by us at our shop in Grayshott.

As a general guideline, if your problem does not appear to be caused by an attached peripheral, network problem or any other variable specific to your home or business environment then please call us and / or pop into the shop with your machine.

We have an extremely well equipped workshop with knowledgable staff and a rotational fixing process which ensures that none of our customers are kept waiting for their computer any longer than they should. If your repair is going to be delayed for any reason then we will call you and keep you informed.

Is your computer ready to be replaced or is it upgradeable ?

We can advise you of the most appropriate and cost effective course of action. In some situations a cleanup and a memory upgrade can make a world of difference to a computer. Be it a larger hard drive, increased memory, better graphics card, faster processor or maybe you would like the ability to watch DVD movies or go wireless.

All parts supplied for upgrades are of superior quality and are tested prior to being fitted into your machine.
